This Valentine’s Day, send a boxful of Say It With Flour cupcakes to a lover or friend with an endearing message hand-piped onto our most popular cupcake flavours. 

Each box includes an assortment of 2 Dark Chocolate Ganache cupcakes decorated with orange or dusty pink handpiped buttercream flowers with lavender frosting, 2 of our Monthly Special cupcake - Raspberry Rose, and 2 Vanilla Bean cupcakes with a handpiped message. You may choose from the following handpiped message:

• "I ♥︎ You [Name]" - name in square brackets is customisable
• "To my love"

We are able to accommodate requests for cupcake flavours to replace the Dark Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Bean cupcakes in your Say It With Flour Box; simply indicate your choice of flavours before adding the item to your cart. Do note that the buttercream flowers will be piped with lavender frosting.

Flavours

Raspberry Rose - Rose cake with a raspberry whipped cream centre, topped with rose water buttercream and finished with a fresh raspberry and dried rose petals.

Vanilla Bean - Light cocoa buttermilk cake topped with a cream cheese frosting.

Dark Chocolate Ganache - Dark chocolate cake topped with 70% bittersweet dark chocolate ganache covered in crunchy Valrhona cocoa nibs

Mixed Flower Posy - Shower your Valentine with love and a posy of roses and mixed blooms in passionate reds and sweet pinks – all carefully wrapped in signature kraft and tied with a pink ribbon. Available for fulfilment on 13 and 14 February 2026 only.

Care

Our cupcakes can be kept for 2-3 days, although the longer they are kept, the less optimal the taste and texture. The only exception is Strawberry White Chocolate, which should be consumed on the day of delivery as it contains fresh fruit.

As most of our cupcakes are butter-based, they are best kept at cool temperatures (for example, an air conditioned room) or at room temperature but away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigeration of our cupcakes as once refrigerated, the texture of the cake never returns to its original soft texture.
