Vanilla sponge filled with a vanilla bean mascarpone filling, kirsch cherry compote, frosted with a white chocolate ganache and finished with white chocolate shards, fresh cherries and almond pinecones.

Your cake can be customised with a hand-piped message on a plaque. Please note that we do not provide cake knives.

Size Guide

Our log cakes are available in two sizes: 1.5kg (pictured) and 800g.

The 800gm log cake serves 4 to 5 pax, while the 1.5kg size serves 8 to 12 pax.

Our log cakes should be kept refrigerated and can be kept for 4-5 days.
